Dear supporters,

Our amazing hockey game for cystic fibrosis lasted only ten days. Yet in
those ten days, we (as in you!), accomplished something far more
extraordinary than what we could ever have imagined.

Although the event ended on September 5th, donations continued to flood in
to support the fight against cystic fibrosis. We ended the event near
$150 000, yet as of this week, a final amount totaling over $165 000 was
so enthusiastically delivered to us by the CF Vancouver office!

To have continued to have received donations week after week beyond the
event, really means that people believed and continue to believe in the
merit of this event; and more importantly, the cause behind it.

This week was Thanksgiving. And to look back upon a feat so daring, we
realize once more, that it’s because of people like you, that $165 000 was
raised for cystic fibrosis research.

We are forever thankful and in debt to all of you, Longest Game 4 CF
supporters, for all of your donations, enthusiasm, and kind words during
the most trying times. Because of your overwhelming support, the hope is
greater that one day soon, CF can stand for Cure Found.

As one poster put it: “We are one step closer today, than we were
yesterday”.
