Player Bio:
I heard about this event from a friend and while I’ve only been playing recreational hockey for the past 4 years, I thought it would be a great opportunity to help raise money for such a worthy cause. My father died from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and I watched him struggle to be able to breathe. I remember when we were all making “selfish” wishes, his only wish was that he would be able to breathe again. I’m so happy to be a part of this event and to be able to contribute to finding a cure for CF, so that many people can have their wish of just being able to breathe come true.
