There comes a time in everyone’s life when we realize that we belong to something bigger than ourselves. The next part of this realization is to decide how we can contribute.
This is one of my opportunities.
CF is a heartbreaking disease. For most children born with CF, a lifelong uphill battle ensues. It seems unfair that things that we take for granted everyday, breathing and digesting food, are an endless source of pain for those with CF.
Curing CF is a realistic expectation, but it won’t happen without funding for research. I am excited to be a part of the hope that CF research brings to our community.
