Volunteer Bio:
I have been involved in hockey for the past 28 years. I started as a 14 year old, playing with much older, better players but that did not deter me from loving the game and working hard to get better.
I recently joined a few ’old’ friends in a tournament in Las Vegas and they told me about the LG4CF. I didn’t really pay much attention to what it was but then one of them said that I should play in it. I looked into it more and realized it was a great opportunity to do something I loved, for a great cause. Although I have not played ‘regularly’ for the past 5 years or so, I thought it would be a crazy challenge and a way to help others whilst making some life long friends.
