Volunteer Bio:
Growing up I always wanted to play hockey but never had the opportunity. It wasn’t until my early 20’s that I started playing and I definitely made up for lost time by playing on multiple teams learning as much as I could.
A couple of years ago I decided to make a career change and I am currently doing my apprenticeship to become an electrician.
I have volunteered for many different causes in the past and when I heard about the Longest Game for CF I knew that I would like to volunteer to ref and help with anything else needed. But after going to one of the information sessions I was motivated to become a player and do what I could to contribute to this amazing event. I have been lucky to grow up without any major health problems and decided that I should do something to help those that were not as fortunate.
